Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)
Terms governing your use of the ALMURBIY mobile application and related services.

Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ALMURBIY mobile application ("App") or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, ALMURBIY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial ordering and delivery services offered through ALMURBIY. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including a valid Libyan mobile phone number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Orders, Payments & Delivery
Product availability, pricing, and delivery fees are shown in the App and may change. An order is not confirmed until accepted by the store. Where online payment is offered, you authorize us and our payment partners to process charges for eligible order items. Delivery fees or remaining balances may be collected in cash upon delivery where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by providing false information, placing fraudulent orders, interfering with the App's operation, attempting unauthorized access, harassing staff or drivers, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ALMURBIY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
Disclaimers
The App and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALMURBIY and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from within the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
