How to request deletion of your Almurabbi account and associated personal data.

Steps to delete your Almurabbi account
Account deletion is processed immediately from within the app. Follow these steps:

Open the Almurabbi app
Sign in with your Libyan mobile number and password on the device where you use the app.

Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar to open your account settings.

Open Account actions
Scroll to the "Account actions" section near the bottom of the Profile screen.

Tap Delete account
Select "Delete account", read the confirmation message, enter your password, and tap "Delete permanently" to submit your request.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, and saved delivery locations
- Your home and delivery map coordinates
- Your date of birth and profile preferences
- Your password and ability to sign in (account is deactivated or removed)
- Pending SMS verification codes linked to your account
- Any pending orders (these are cancelled automatically)
What we may keep
- Anonymized order records (order items, totals, status, and dates) when you have past orders — personal delivery details such as your name, address, phone number, and delivery notes are removed from those records
- Payment transaction references for completed online payments, where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
Anonymized order and payment records may be kept for as long as needed for business operations, tax, and legal obligations. We do not use retained anonymized records to identify you after deletion is complete.
Important notes
You cannot delete your account while an order is accepted, assigned, or out for delivery. Wait until the delivery is completed, or contact support if you need help.
If you cannot sign in or access the Almurabbi app, contact us through WhatsApp using Profile → Contact support in the app, or message our support team from the phone number registered on your account and ask for account deletion. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
